Some clients will need pure peanut butter stabilized but without sugar or salt. This kind of peanut butter, we call Stabilized Pure Peanut Butter. We will add a certain quantity of hydrogenated vegetable oil to prevent of oil seprating. If you need the stabilization of the peanut butter which can stand over 50 degree centigrade, no problem, we can make it.
Like the pure peanut butter, which is normally used in food processing industry, the usuall packings are also big, commonly 2kg, 3kg, 20kg, etc. packed in cartoon, plastic drum or iron drum.
